We help our Work Life graduates find and retain quality employment. Our staff works directly with you to find the right job fit and provide ongoing employment assistance. We want to empower you to take charge of your career.
Employment Development
Our Employment Development team helps our Work Life graduates with their job searches, employment applications, and more.
We place some graduates in our Advance Memphis Fulfillment warehouses or with Staffing customers (see below). However, the goal is always for participants to eventually attain living-wage, permanent employment with an external employer.
Advance Memphis Staffing
Started in 2009, the Advance Memphis Staffing program is an on-site temporary employment agency that provides entry-level employees for businesses across Memphis. We are able to evaluate workers and help them improve, while also responding quickly and effectively to the needs of our business clients.
