Support Services

Ongoing Support Programs for Students & Graduates

We offer support to students and graduates in and out of the classroom, so that they may be successful in all areas of their lives. Our goal is to help students set and achieve real life goals, to break free from addiction, and find healing from the past through holistic support in a variety of ways. Available only to residents in the 38126 & 38106 zip codes.

Mobility Mentoring

Mobility Mentoring is a one-on-one coaching strategy originally created by an organization called EMPath. We pair each student with a coach who helps the individual assess their unique definition of economic stability from a holistic perspective (looking at family relationships, health, education, finances and employment). Our coaches then support students as they determine long-term goals for themselves in each focus area and create strategic action plans for accomplishing their goals. This coaching relationship can last three months or longer, and it is just one way that we are committed to long-term relationships and seeing graduates get to where they want to be.

Addiction Recovery

As part of our initiative to help our students achieve holistic success, we offer an Overcoming Through Christ addiction recovery support group. OTC meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm and is lead by one of our very own graduates and staff members.

Counseling Support

We have partnered with local counselors to offer free therapy to all of our students and graduates. We understand the lasting impact that trauma has in each of our lives and we want to give our students every opportunity to overcome it.
