Advance Memphis Staffing Program
Started in 2009, Advance Memphis Staffing is our on-site temporary employment program that provides entry-level employees for businesses across Memphis. We are able to evaluate workers and help them improve, while also responding quickly and effectively to the needs of our business clients. Call Juanita Johnson for more information or to get a quote.

Met rigorous attendance standards during 6 weeks of job readiness training
Formed a relationship with a mentor who will support him/her as they transition to work
Received customer service, conflict management, emotional regulation and problem solving training
Passed a drug test (and random testing will continue).
We also have graduates who are skilled in welding, trained in glass cutting, certified to use forklifts, and licensed as CDL drivers.
